Georgia Scholes is a Rochdale born, Northern Working Class Female Collage Artist who works with found imagery to recontextualize visual landscapes which touch on identity, sentience and the cyclical rhythm of human life and behaviour.
She also produces political work about issues such as classism within the Fine Art and political struggles. She also helps to run an artist collective BOTB which focuses on supporting and showcasing Working Class Artists from North Staffordshire, Greater Manchester and London.
Georgia studied at Hopwood Hall and assisted with the heritage conservation of Rochdale Town Hall. Open to work with everyone and everything she is always open to working collaboratively with other artists and community groups.
