Hamza Medley

Hamza Medley is an award-winning actor with years worth of experience in productions ranging from high to low production value. He also has experience in filming, editing, scriptwriting and sound recording, and is represented by North Star Management.

Hamza is am also an independent musician under the name 'Medley'. With multiple experiences performing to crowds of varying quantity, he can produce music and write lyrics. 

As a cultural pioneer in association with the Culture Co-Op, Hamza is involved with community based arts events to varying degrees depending on the need. This has included helping to plan the Halal food festival in Rochdale town centre in 2024 & 2025, along with appearing as a speaker at 'the den' in Kingsway Park High school. (The talk is yet to be broadcast.) 

As a born & bred Rochdalian, and as someone who has always been into the arts, Hamza recognises the need for communities to experience and take part in the creation of art. Sadly, until recently, Rochdale has hardly provided these opportunities, so most of its creatives have to go further afield for opportunities. In Hamza's experience, Rochdale is full of brilliant creative minds, but they're missing the encouragement to help them thrive.
